These terms apply when you use trattocad.com. By opening a drawing or commenting, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

TrattoCAD is a free viewer for .DWG and .DXF drawings. You can open a drawing, measure it, print it, share it with a link and comment on it. We may improve, change or stop parts of the free service. If we ever stop it entirely, we will give notice on the site so you can download your files first.

Your drawings

Your drawings remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them, convert them and show them to the people who have the link, for as long as they stay on our servers. You confirm that you have the right to upload and share each file.

Anyone who has the link to a drawing can view it, download the original file and comment on it. Share links only with people you trust, and delete the drawing when it no longer needs to be shared.

Accounts

An account is optional. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is sold by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders and handles payments, taxes, invoices and refunds under its own buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your account page and keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, as described in Paddle's buyer terms.

Fair use

Do not upload content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that contains malicious code. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or use it to send spam. We may limit requests, refuse files and remove content or comments that break these rules.

Measurements and prints

We work hard to show drawings faithfully, but no viewer is perfect. Measurements, properties and prints made with TrattoCAD are for reference. Before any construction, manufacturing or legal use, check the dimensions against the original drawing in the software it was made with.

No warranty

The free service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error free or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep your own copy of every file you upload.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the free service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
